If you’re one of the thousands of diners who participate in your city’s Restaurant Week, you probably made reservations using the online booking service Open Table.
The service allows diners to see exactly when seats are available, make reservations and get an immediate confirmation any time of day or night.
The company has 20,000 member restaurants worldwide and says it seats about 5 million diners a month.
