In his expanded role, Mr. Smith will oversee the operational management of HyperActive’s customer service, support and implementation teams.

“Rick has made significant contributions to our organization over the last 11 years,” said Scott Marentay, chief operating officer for HyperActive. “His operational skills combined with an in-depth understanding of the needs of our customers make him a valuable member of the management team as we expand our offerings to include our parent company’s self-service kiosks, indoor digital displays and other digital transformation technology.”

Since joining HyperActive as technical sales support manager in 2005, Mr. Smith has helped build and drive HyperActive’s customer service, training, implementation and support organizations.
