After undergoing a meticulous evaluation process based on customer satisfaction, food quality, and overall experience, the Bojangles’ restaurant on George Liles Parkway in Concord, North Carolina, has won first place in the Bojangles’ coveted ShowBo awards.

Each year, Bojangles’ conducts an extensive evaluation process of each of its restaurants to determine the winners of the company’s ShowBo awards. The assessment for the ShowBo awards includes three rounds of unannounced inspections conducted throughout three months by three sets of judges. Each judge awards points to restaurants based on a rigorous set of operating standards.
