Position Description:

Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with a focus in food production a plus.
- Applicable work experience related to systems responsibilities.
- Working knowledge of computers and third party software including Word and Excel.
- Experience delivering group training, consulting or implementing systems a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Provide implementation support that can include data coding and testing. Services will be delivered onsite and/or remotely. Implementation support will be at the direction of the implementation representatives working with the client to meet the needs of the CBORD systems project plan and timeline.
- Shadow implementation representatives who are providing training and implementation services at client sites and ultimately providing training and implementation services solo.
- Participate in a team effort to service the client by working with the support, development, and quality assurance teams.
- Maintain client contract documentation and client issues in Clarify.
- Participate in Regional User Meetings and User Group Conference, as requested.
- Prepare and submit a weekly report summarizing accomplishments and upcoming schedule. Prepare and submit weekly workload metrics tracking client related and non-client related activities.
- Maintain a detailed schedule in Outlook with read-only access to CBORD employees for scheduling of meetings, etc.
