As a General Manager Candidate, you will ensure outstanding guest service by functioning as a member of the Restaurant Leadership Team. This position is also responsible for supervising and coordinating all on-shift crew personnel and reacting to staffing needs, guest concerns, community inquiries and requests.

This position is also responsible for completing all applicable skill and education requirements of the RLT training program for promotion to the next level.
