The Story
OTG Management, Inc. (OTG) lead by a team of operators went in on an interim basis to take over five bars/ restaurants in the Philadelphia airport, back in 1996. Some 10 years later the company has flourished and now have businesses in 3 northeast airports, serving over 7 million meals per year and doubling their sales volume from 2005 to 2006. In addition; we are opening in at least two other airports before the end of 2006 and have plans to open in additional locations as the year's progress. We have become known as the high quality a food service provider, with a passion for service excellence and product quality. We are passionately determined to build and develop the most value-oriented, quality driven concepts in the world through focusing on our "7 Principles".
