‘Burger of the Future’ gains mythical status, could anchor menu for next decade
And beginning Thursday, Snuffer’s will celebrate the beefy sensation’s uncanny success by declaring it the “Burger of the Month” for December.
“The Dakburger has performed so well, I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s in our starting lineup for the next 10 to 15 years,” said Tim Schroder, Snuffer’s Vice President of Operations Services. “I feel kinda bad for the burger it replaced. No doubt it was great, a true fan favorite. But the Dakburger is new, it’s exciting, it’s all the rage. And, it’s virtually unbeatable. It has earned the right to be named our Burger of the Month.”
For those who’ve yet to jump on the bandwagon, the Dakburger is a 100% fresh ground chuck burger topped with Mississippi-style Hickory BBQ sauce, Applewood smoked bacon strips, cheddar cheese and red onions on a poppy seed bun.
Snuffer’s latest Burger of the Month will remain at its cap-friendly price of $8.49 through Dec. 31. (After that, we won’t be surprised if its agent demands a raise…)
