Downtown Alliance prez says restaurant development should be larger in scope

Five years ago the Logan Downtown Alliance was at its lowest point, but things have changed dramatically since then, officials say.
Current Alliance President Joe Needham said great progress has been made and consultants who recently concluded a study say Logan is a great downtown and it will not be redeveloping, but rather improving on what it already has.
Needham said he’s pleased with the news about a Chuck-A-Rama restaurant coming to 150 S. Main, but while the location is great, he said he’s concerned about the scope of the project.
