“Last year, we gave away over a thousand of our stacked grilled cheese sandwiches on National Grilled Cheese Day. That’s two miles of melted goodness, if stretched end-to-end,”said Ed Murph, owner of Norma’s Cafe. “We look forward to serving more than 1,500 sandwiches this year to our loyal customers and invite those who haven’t dined with us to come in and give us a try. The Norma’s Cafe grilled cheese sandwich features American cheese melted and grilled to perfection on buttered Texas toast. Soup is optional, but highly recommended.
