Full Course Chief People and Culture Officer sits down with Neal and Samir Idnani, founders of Atlanta’s favorite fast casual Indian concept NaanStop, to discuss their incredible journey and lessons learned along the way. The brothers will share the story of the grit and determination it takes to build a brand including insights on what to do and what not to do.

Over the last 10 years, Samir Idnani and his younger brother Neal have taken their company NaanStop from a food truck on the streets of Los Angeles to a successful Atlanta-based fast-casual chain. NaanStop brings delicious, accessible Indian cuisine to a fast-paced American clientele who build their meals with a base of either a wrap, rice bowl, or salad.

At Full Course, Bowen oversees the company’s talent and culture and helps clients with their people and workplace culture practices. She works directly with clients to create an environment where people love to work, articulating that through their employee value proposition.
