Popular Asian stir-fry concept to celebrate grand opening in San Diego April 18
The popular fast casual chain opened its first California location at the Mira Mesa Shopping Center in San Diego on Feb. 24. The restaurant is located at 8280 Mira Mesa Blvd. Franchisees Pinal Sitaram, Neil Bhakta, Paco Patel and Ash Patel have planned a special grand opening ribbon-cutting ceremony on April 18.
Renowned for its Fresh Market Bar featuring an array of more than 80 delicious, fresh ingredients, Genghis Grill invites fans to build their own perfect stir-fry meal. In addition, the Mira Mesa location features the concept’s new Fresh Casual menu including hand-tossed salads, fried rice, street-style noodle bowls, Asian tacos and several innovative Grill Master Creations.
The guest experience at this Genghis Grill is also enhanced with digital menu boards and a tableside electronic ordering system. The small touchscreen devices allow fans to select exactly how they want their entrée, engage with the brand on social media, review nutritional facts, and even pay, all from the comfort of their seat.
