The offerings include bowls, parfaits and loaded toasts, such as the vegan Avocado Smash with crushed avocado, tomato salsa and extra-virgin olive oil for breakfast; entrees like the Lucha Libre with brown rice, chicken, avocado, black beans, tomato salsa, sweet potato, scallions, cabbage, tortilla, cilantro, chipotle-lime vinaigrette and lime crema; hearty salads including the Spring Orchard with mesclun greens, apple, grapes, organic quinoa, radish, celery, pickled onions, croutons and cilantro tossed in hummus and lemon vinaigrette; and a varietal menu of nutritious smoothies, fresh juices and quality espresso drinks.
