(RestaurantNews.com) The leading beverage industry publication BevNET gives the premier juice company Joni Juice glowing flavor reviews. BevNET reviews four of the lines most popular cold-pressed juices and super food smoothies.
This is the latest success for one of the newest juice companies on the block. It comes the same week Joni Juice products hit the shelves at Balducci’s (they are already on shelves at Dean & DeLuca, Gourmet Garage, Zabar’s, Kings and more). The company is expanding rapidly in grocery stores and soon they will enter the restaurant world as well. They are in talks with several restaurants about selling their products. A deal should be reached soon.
Here are highlights from the BevNET reviews:
Give Me Greens: BevNET says the company’s signature green juice “has really hit the nail on the head with this blend, with just the right amount of each flavor.” “Incredibly fresh flavor, almost to the point where you’d mistake it for being a freshly pressed and raw juice.”
Invigorate Me: BevNET liked the inclusion of pulp saying it “not only gives the product some slight chew, but it also seems to enhance the flavor of the juice itself. As a result, the pineapple, apple, and mint have a more full-bodied and fresher flavor.”
Satisfy Me: With almond milk, raw sprouted almonds, hemp seeds, chia seeds, raw honey, cardamom, cinnamon and nutmeg BevNET reviews points out “the flavor of the product is quite good. The almond milk is smooth and slightly creamy, while the added spice and honey give it some depth. And we definitely like the textural difference of the added almonds.”
Beet Me: BevNET gives this one especially high marks for flavor saying, “Using a blend of beet, apple, cucumber, romaine lettuce, dandelion, and lime, Joni Juice’s Beet Me is one of the more pleasant tasting…beet juice-based beverages that we’ve sampled.”
About Joni Juice
Joni Juice launched in 2014 in the tri-state area. The cold-pressed juices & super food smoothies started from a creative vision that Nutritionist Cindy Kasindorf and her entrepreneur husband Henry Kasindorf had in wanting to create a product that is both fresh, healthy and delicious.
Cindy has a degree from New York’s Institute for Integrative Nutrition and ran her own nutritional health counseling practice. It was there that she started to incorporate her own cold-pressed juices. As demand for those juices grew Joni Juice was born. The products are now available in a number of stores including Dean & DeLuca, Gourmet Garage, Balducci’s, Zabars, Kings and many others.
