Luna Grill Continues to Grow With Fifth Location

Luna Grill Continues to Grow With Fifth LocationLuna Grill has announced it will open its fifth location at EastLake in July, bringing “The Ultimate Kabobery” fast casual Mediterranean restaurant to San Diego’s South County.

When completed at the end of July, the 2227-square-foot restaurant designed by Taj Design, will seat 58 people inside and more people in a large common patio area outside. More than 20 employees will be hired to run the restaurant.

Located in the EastLake Village Center at 2275 Otay Lakes Rd. Suite 118, Chula Vista, this location will help to round out Luna Grill’s reach throughout San Diego County from its restaurant in Carlsbad, to Mission Valley, Carmel Valley, Hillcrest and now the South Bay.

“We’re also in negotiations with additional leases in San Diego and Orange County, which are all in our plan for measured growth,” said Sean Pourteymour, CEO of Luna Grill. “We’re grateful to the communities where we’re already established for their loyalty and supporting our brand. Because of their support, it has allowed this small local concept to grow during one of the worst recessions in our time.”

Luna Grill is known for its all-fresh, high-quality, wholesome, made-to-order Mediterranean menu.

“When we created Luna Grill six years ago, we knew the concept would take off because we created the menu with our own family in mind. My wife, who is chief cuisine officer of Luna Grill, personally saw to it that nothing would be on the menu that we wouldn’t be willing to feed our own family every day,” added Pourteymour. “She makes sure that all our meats are hormone free and that quality controls are closely followed. We know our customers appreciate this, it brings them back and grows a loyal following.”

Luna Grill is owned by Premier Food Concepts, LLC., which has headquarters in San Diego. Other Luna Grill locations include Carmel Valley, Mission Valley, Carlsbad, Hillcrest opening soon, and now EastLake. For more information about Luna Grill, visit
