The Outback 4 menu will include a variety of options to savor. Starting with the Walkabout Soup of the Day, customers will then be able to choose from a host of salads before moving on to an entree selection. Entree choices include familiar favorites like the 6 oz. Outback Special®, Chicken on the Barbie, Sweet Glazed Pork Tenderloin over mashed potatoes, or more indulgent options like the 8 oz. Outback Special®, and 6 oz. Victoria’s Filet® for an additional cost. Guests can also select the brand new Wood-Fire Grilled Shrimp served over rice. For dessert, savory selections become sweet ones with the option of Classic Cheesecake or Carrot Cake. To help wash down their meal, customers can always enjoy a glass of seasonal favorite New South Wales Sangria, a combination of Australian Cabernet, a splash of Korbel® Brandy, fresh apples and a mix of pineapple, mango and orange juice.
