Two new award-winning chefs are at the helm of Pechanga’s culinary team.

Chef Kwok Kuen “Raymond” Tse has been named head chef of Asian cuisine and Chef Jason McClain is the new assistant executive chef.

According to a news release, the pair will work closely with each other to make some changes to menus throughout the resort located just south of Temecula adjacent to Interstate 15.

“We are looking to make some big changes to the culinary offerings at Pechanga,“ said Dennis Khanh, vice president of food and beverage, in a written statement. “Our focus will be on offering the casino guests what they want to see. We have listened to their suggestions and are crafting menus to match their tastes.”
