Local response will help guide changes at 200+ restaurants nationwide
Tulsa, OK (RestaurantNews.com) Pei Wei, the leader in Asian-inspired fast casual cuisine, taps Tulsa as its test market for the introduction of a new restaurant design and menu additions that highlight nutrition and flavors spanning a variety of Asian cuisines.
Guests at all four Tulsa restaurants will be among the first to try Pei Wei’s 17 original new dishes inspired by Asian philosophies, each made with ingredients that were hand-selected for maximum taste and nutrition. New dishes range from Japanese Steak & Shrimp Chile Ramen to the Southeast Asian flavors of new Thai Basil Chicken and Supergreen Thai Coconut Curry. Other items include Edamame Hummus and Wok-Tossed Wings.

Pei Wei’s menu introductions in Tulsa are part of the company’s rebranding project, which includes design updates that create a more modern atmosphere with traditional Asian details and pops of bright color.
