Qdoba Mexican Grill Adds Even More Variety to Craft 2 Menu

Qdoba Mexican Grill®, known for its wide variety of handcrafted, fresh and innovative Mexican cuisine options, announced today that it is responding to guests’ requests and adding even more variety to its popular Craft 2 menu with the addition of Mexican Gumbo, 3-cheese nachos and two tacos options. Launched in January, Craft 2 lets guests mix and match two of Qdoba’s most popular items in one entree.

In addition to the newly added Mexican Gumbo, nachos and two tacos options, Qdoba guests can also craft their meals to include Qdoba’s Naked Burrito®, Naked Taco Salad™, quesadilla or tortilla soup. The Craft 2 menu allows guests to try more items and signature flavors for approximately $5.99 excluding tax (prices may vary by location). All of Qdoba’s meals are handmade in front of guests and topped with personally selected fresh ingredients, including one of five distinctive salsas.

“Our Craft 2 menu has enabled guests to embrace variety and create the perfect meal by mixing and matching dozens of our different signature flavors. In fact, our guests have enjoyed crafting their own customized meals so much that they wanted us to add even more variety to the Craft 2 lineup,” said Karen Guido, vice president of marketing for Qdoba Mexican Grill. “We believe that variety really is the spice of life, so we’re happy to respond to our guest’s requests with even more of Qdoba’s freshly prepared favorites.”

Since all Qdoba menu items are made fresh, guests can customize their orders to fit their own nutritional needs and taste preferences. Guests can also use Qdoba’s nutritional calculator on its Web site to build, customize and calculate the nutritional value of every menu item.

For guests cutting calories, Qdoba offers a variety of single menu items that are 600 calories or less.
