Rock County officials have partnered with Geronimo Hospitality Group to bring an aviation-theme diner concept to fill a food and beverage vacancy of over five years to open mid-July at 1716 W. Airport Road. The menu is being developed, offering traditional diner favorites in a family and traveler friendly space.
Kansas City, KS – Kaw Point Meadery
Following in the heels of the craft beer explosion this comfy-casual concept will introduce an adult beverage with ties to ancient lore when they’re soft opening in mid-August happens at 613 N. 6th. Street. This honey-based brew or mead will come in ten different options with most featuring seasonal flavors.

The forward-looking restaurant duo, Roberto Bearzi and Fiorella Blanco, of Fratelli Milano fame will team again for this upscale-casual concept located at 5020 NE 2nd. Avenue for a mid-summer opening. The diverse all-day-dining menu offerings include calamari, crudo, braised brisket and swordfish a la plancha.
