Mr. Wibel’s resume includes VP of Operations for Outback Steakhouse as well as co-principal of the Cheeseburger in Paradise chain which was later sold to Luby’s Inc.
Sedona Taphouse, a polished casual craft beer centric full service restaurant, focuses on offering over 500 craft beers, hand cut steaks and seafood in a sophisticated setting.
The chain also announced a new unit opening later this year in Fredericksburg, Virginia as well as other units planned in Connecticut, Michigan, New York and Florida. Parent company DJB Hospitality will begin offering nationwide franchising opportunities later this year.
