The Central Florida Chef’s Association Gives $5000.000 To The John Andrew Voight Scholarship Foundation and $2,000 to The American Red Cross For Haiti Relief
The Central Florida Chef’s Association has presented the John Andrew Voight Scholarship Foundation with $5,000. The funds will be used to assist aspiring Culinarians overcome the financial issues of attending culinary school.
John Andrew Voight loved the culinary arts more than anything. He followed his dream by attending Le Cordon Bleu School of Culinary Arts, Orlando. The experiences he received at LCB, Orlando changed his life until an auto accident took his dream. John’s family set up a foundation dedicated to the Arts, in his name and the Central Florida Chef’s Association is proud to be part of keeping John’s dream alive.
February 15, 2010 — Orlando, FL – The Central Florida Chef’s Association has presented the American Red Cross with $2,000. The funds will be used to assist with the ongoing Haiti relief effort .
