Chicago, IL (RestaurantNews.com) Since 1993 when Rick Roman and Nick Pyknis took ownership of The Signature Room at the 95th, they have benefited twelve non-profit organizations per year with their Charity of the Month program. During the charity’s selected month, 10 percent of proceeds earned through items purchased from the specially created Signature Menu are donated to the organization. In total, the Charity of the Month program developed by The Signature Room ownership team has donated upwards of $918,000 to over 200 organizations since its inception.
“We believe in giving back to the community that has been a big part of our success as an iconic Chicago restaurant and business. Our entire team feels honored to support these worthy organizations improving our community, and we are proud to help them move their causes forward,” said Rick Roman, chairman and CEO of Infusion Management Group.
