Guests will be greeted with a freshly made basket of breads and rolls before selecting a starter. Several entrée choices, includingSlow Roasted Free Range Turkey with Roasted Turkey Gravy, Spit Roasted & Herb Rubbed Prime Rib of Beef with Horseradish Sauce, Apple Cider Cured & Smoked Pork Loin with Apple Jam, and Cedar Plank Roasted Salmon with Warm Mustard, will be available for guests who may choose up to two selections for the table.
