Gluten-free, Golden Glow and “Fibermaxxing” options available March 10–May 31

Available at all Texas locations through May 31, the menu is blooming with health benefits: from its anti-inflammatory Golden Glow options, the return of fan-favorite gluten-free mac & cheese – now fully customizable – and a big dose of fiber.

The seasonal menu embraces the “fibermaxxing” movement, spotlighting high-fiber, nutrient-dense ingredients across bowls, salads, entrées and even dessert. Three new dishes and a returning favorite include:
- Golden Glow Roasted Veggie Bowl – returning from the Winter Golden Glow menu, the bowl features fiber-rich quinoa, kale, roasted sweet potatoes and cauliflower with a golden tahini-sriracha drizzle
- Avocado Strawberry Power Salad – spring greens with strawberries, avocado, toasted almonds and honey balsamic vinaigrette
- Seared Salmon with Veggie Noodles – pan-seared salmon over zucchini and carrot noodles with fibermaxxing chickpeas and avocado kale sauce
- Gluten-free Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake – creamy lemon blueberry cheesecake on a coconut hemp crust with fresh whipped cream
BYOM
bellagreen’s beloved gluten-free mac and cheese is back and better than ever. This time, guests get to build their own. True to the brand’s commitment to customization and mindful eating, the BYOM (Build Your Own Mac) lets diners keep it veggie-forward, fill up with fiber, or pile on the protein with toppings like roasted broccoli, sweet potatoes and fiber-friendly chickpeas, or proteins like Heartbrand Akaushi Wagyu meatballs, shrimp and crispy chicken. BYOM is a permanent menu addition.
Get that Golden Glow
bellagreen’s Golden Glow lineup returns this spring with two dishes full of fiber and built around anti-inflammatory ingredients, including turmeric, ginger and garlic. Dishes include the Golden Glow Roasted Veggie Bowl and Golden Glow Chicken Soup, a slow-simmered broth of chicken, turmeric, ginger, garlic, onions, sweet potatoes and carrots.
