Austin, TX (RestaurantNews.com) How Do You Roll?, the custom sushi shop, rolled out three development agreements for a total of 85 units over the next ten years in Northern California, Southern California and the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The strategic agreements provide support for the company’s goal to have 100 units operating by 2018.
“These development agreements add to the tremendous momentum we’ve experienced in the past year,” Yuen Yung, CEO, said. “We’re excited to bring these teams on to aid in sales and support of these large markets.”
David and Deanna Estep of Mekaddishkem-EBE Inc. will lead the development of 30 Northern California locations over the next seven years, focusing on Alameda, Contra Costa, El Dorado, Marin, Napa, Sacramento, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Sonoma and Solano counties.
Under the direction of Stuart Glist, Sushi D, LLC will aid in the roll out 35 units in 10 years in the Southern California counties of Los Angeles, Orange, Santa Barbara, San Diego and Ventura.
And finally, TM3 Concepts, Inc., led by Mark and Tanya Masingil, will expand the sushi revolution in the custom sushi shop’s home state of Texas. TM3 Concepts, Inc. will develop the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex to include 20 units over the next seven years.
Each development group brings years of varied experience in the food and beverage and service industries. They also share a passion for making the world better.
