Located at 6112 W. Lake Mead Blvd., the new restaurant marks Mo’ Bettahs’ latest step in deepening its roots across the Silver State while growing its systemwide footprint to 73 locations.

To celebrate, Mo’ Bettahs will host a Friends and ‘Ohana Night on Jan. 20, inviting the community to experience the brand’s family-first culture and fresh, made-to-order Hawaiian plates. The celebration will include dinner from 5 to 7 p.m. Guests who attend the dinner event will receive a free mini plate and drink, along with Mo’ Bettahs swag and samples of fan favorites, including spam musubi.

“This opening is about more than a new restaurant – it’s about welcoming the Las Vegas community into our ‘ohana,” said Kalani Mack, co-founder of Mo’ Bettahs. “We’re eager to share our delicious food, our aloha spirit and the sense of family that defines who we are.”

Mo’ Bettahs serves classic Hawaiian plate lunch with steamed rice and macaroni salad. Signature dishes include Teriyaki Chicken, Kalua Pig, Katsu Chicken and Pulehu Chicken. Guests can dine in, order takeout or place an order online.

The West Lake Mead location will be open Monday through Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., serving Mo’ Bettahs’ popular Hawaiian plates made with premium ingredients and inspired by family recipes.
