A Kansas City native will be opening 18th & Vine in a two story place originally intended to house the relocation of Herrera’s. Matt Dalman has been in the catering business for years and currently operates a catering company in Dallas. They are hoping for a Spring 2015 opening.
La Grange, Il – Adele’s Front Room
Owner Brian Carrol is hoping to open Adele’s as a Piano Bar by the end of January. The restaurant will be small, employing about 8 people. Carrol also owns Mollie’s Public House in Riverside.
Seatle, WA – Aliki Hudle
Alki Huddle will be opening in the shuttered Bamboo Bar and Grill. The new restaurant will be a sports bar when it opens. We do not have a timeline for an opening yet but STS Construction Services is on site and working on the revamp.
Louisville, KY – Bacon Bar
Ann Marie Dunlap will be opening Bacon Bar at the site of the former Thirsty Ernie’s in Jeffersontown. This is a 5,000 sq. ft. space and will be a family restaurant. As the name implies everything revolves around bacon. They are expected to open the first part of 2015.
Pikesville, MD – Bagby Pizza Co.
This is the first of three fast-casual pizza shops for the Bagby Restaurant Group. It will be located at The Festival at Woodholme. The store is currently under construction with an opening planned for late spring of 2015 but no opening date has been announced.
Nashville, TN – Bawarchi Birtani Point
Bawarchi Biryani Point, an Indian restaurant in Cool Springs, finalized a deal last month to take over the Tamarind Indian Bistro space in Nashville’s Midtown neighborhood. They are shooting for a February opening.
