On July 2nd, Slim Chickens will be rolling out the option for delivery of catering orders at almost all of its US locations, showing over 90 percent of franchisee participation in the new online roll out. The new option will also tie into the Slim Chickens loyalty program, which currently has over 70,000 Slimthusiasts enrolled. The point-based loyalty program, which is a new option this year to Slim Chickens customers, offers one point for every dollar spent. “Now when a customer places a $500 catering order for instance, they will be rewarded with 500 points toward their loyalty membership to use towards future purchases and get the order delivered to their event,” said Smart.
“Since its introduction, we have had over 70,000 new Slim Chickens customers download our loyalty app. As a brand, we are now able to approach our customers in a more personalized way, identifying things like birthdays, order history and how much they typically spend.
