Taco John’s – the rapidly growing Mexican quick-service brand – is bringing its fresh, high-quality ingredients and bold, original flavors to town.

When it opens in mid-summer at 1315 Euclid Ave., near the Euclid Avenue Shopping Center, it will be the first Taco John’s in Bristol and the second in the Commonwealth of Virginia. The company will be hiring 40-50 team members for multiple positions at the Bristol restaurant in the weeks ahead.

“No one does Mexican like Taco John’s, so we are thrilled to bring our signature menu and commitment to quality to the people of Bristol,” said Jacob Stauffer, owner of Taco John’s franchisee North Fork Hospitality, LLC. “Taco John’s is an absolutely wonderful and unique restaurant concept, and we know that our friends and neighbors in Bristol will love the delicious Mexican food we will soon be serving.”

North Fork Hospitality, LLC currently operates six existing Taco John’s restaurants in Tennessee, Missouri, Kentucky and Indiana. The Bristol restaurant will be its first Taco John’s in Virginia and its seventh nationwide.

With its fusion of distinctive flavors and south-of-the-border spices, the Taco John’s menu offers several signature items, including Meat and Potato Burritos, original Street Tacos and its craveable Potato Olés®.
