Farragut, TN (RestaurantNews.com) Centennial, CO based The Egg & I Restaurants announces the opening of its 95th restaurant on Monday, March 24th. The restaurant opens at 6:00 a.m., and is located at 111 Lovell Road, just off Kingston Pike.
On March 23rd, the restaurant will donate 100% of all proceeds from its private, pre-opening training day to Second Harvest Food Bank of East Tennessee. Second Harvest Food Bank is leading the effort to feed East Tennessee’s hungry and to engage our community in the fight to end hunger. “Second Harvest Food Bank is excited to be part of the new opening of The Egg & I. Through the generosity of corporate partners like The Egg & I, we are able to better provide food to our hungry neighbors,” said Elaine Streno, Executive Director, Second Harvest Food Bank.
