Tre Porcellini Italian Restaurant and Wine Bar in Hillcrest, San Diego, will be celebrating upcoming Easter with special menu selections. Chef Roberto Gerbino will be reminiscing about his Sicilian childhood offering traditional Italian celebratory dishes. Lamb is usually a staple at Italian Easter dinners. Roberto will be serving Braised Lamb Shank Osso Buco with Saffron Risotto as his main course Easter special.
For dessert Tre Porcellini is offering Colomba Calda Alla Crema, Italian Easter cake topped with warm pastry cream. These holiday specials will be served at Tre Porcellini starting Sunday, April 24 through the end of April.
