About Dalmoros Fresh Italian
Dalmoros Fresh Italian was started by Italian-American David Caruso after a family trip to Italy where he was inspired by small, local pasta shops serving fresh pasta in a quick, casual setting. This surprised Caruso because fresh pasta like this was only found in the USA at traditional sit-down restaurants that required a napkin on your lap, multi-course meal and high price tag. This inspiration and America’s familiarity with the concept of “build-your-own” created Dalmoros, which is now a “build-your-own” fresh pasta concept where the customer first picks a fresh pasta, then a homemade sauce and finishes it with toppings with over 1,000,000 unique combinations made in less than five minutes. Fresh pasta is made on-site in front of the customer, giving them dinner and a show with all meals served in convenient to-go style boxes. For customers looking to cook at home, Dalmoros also sells their fresh pasta bagged in various sizes to pair with your family sauce recipe. In addition to fresh pasta meals, Dalmoros specializes in Italian-style sandwiches called Paninos, which feature traditional Italian meats and cheeses, but with a Dalmoros twist. On the lighter side, Dalmoros also offers salads – and, don’t forget their homemade tiramisu for dessert.
