Del Taco has completed the final stages of a full out plan to improve the brand’s perception and value to consumers. The “UnFreshing Believable” campaign includes a new menu for value items, a fresher logo to match their food, and interior and exterior changes with brighter color palettes. The aim is to associate freshness and fun with the Del Taco image. Stores have been integrating these big changes since the end of 2011 when the concept was first developed. More than half of the 550 restaurants have completed their redesign to better serve their customers across the country.  See more . . .
