Jack in the Box Shakes Up Menu with New Mint Oreo Cookie Shake

Jack in the Box Shakes Up Menu with New Mint Oreo Cookie ShakeWhile cookie aficionados have long debated the best way to eat an Oreo cookie (i.e., dunking them in milk or twisting off one side and eating the middle first), shake connoisseurs have contemplated how best to enjoy a real ice cream shake from Jack in the Box restaurants (i.e., with a straw or a spoon). Oreo lovers and Jack in the Box guests now have a delectable new dilemma to debate – which Oreo shake at Jack the Box is better: the Oreo Cookie Shake or new Mint Oreo Cookie Shake that the chain launched today.

Like the Oreo Cookie Shake, a longtime favorite on the Jack in the Box menu, the new Mint Oreo Cookie Shake is made with real ice cream, mint-flavored syrup and Oreo cookie pieces and features whipped topping and a Maraschino cherry on top.

“Our guests love variety, especially when it comes to our shakes,” said Tammy Bailey, division vice president of menu marketing and promotions for Jack in the Box Inc. “Over the years we’ve offered a lot of distinctive shake flavors. But our Oreo Cookie Shake is our most popular flavor, outselling traditional guest favorites like chocolate, vanilla and strawberry. Now our guests can enjoy a refreshing mint flavor with their Oreo Cookie Shake.”
