Biscuitville outlines new logo, lunch menu, expansion plansGreensboro-based Southern-style restaurant chain Biscuitville on Wednesday outlined a growth plan which includes an updated brand and logo, a new lunch menu and plans for additional locations throughout the Triad.

Biscuitville currently has a total of 54 locations within a two-hour drive of Greensboro, and the first priority will be finding new locations to grow to within that range, Biscuitville President & CEO Burney Jennings said in an interview with The Business Journal. Then, in the next five to seven years, Biscuitville could expand out to a three- or four-hour radius, Jennings said.

Those expansion plans would be relatively slow, with Jennings estimating one new traditional restaurant location this year, two to three restaurants in 2015 and then between three and four in 2016.
