Boundless Enterprises LLC, the owner and franchisor of Omaha-based Scooter’s Coffeehouse, has announced the opening of two new locations opened in the franchise system.
One location is at 3275 Cornhusker in Lincoln, NE. This store is owned by Rita Metcalf and Jason Metcalf, who own multiple stores in Lincoln and serve as Area Developers.
The second store is at 322 Mid Rivers Mall Drive in St. Peters, MO. This is the second location for franchisee Jann Wilson-Bell, a Missouri native whose first location is in the Phelps Medical Center in Rolla, MO.
Both new store locations feature drive through service, which as a store concept, has been an integral part of Scooter’s success. Jay Baker, COO of Boundless explains, “Scooter’s goal is focused on what we call the ‘three amazings’ which start with our people. We hire amazing people to serve amazing drinks, amazingly fast. Our store set-up enables our baristas to prepare and serve the drinks in the most efficient manner, and help customers realize that amazing experience”.
Other locations opening within the next month include an additional location in Lincoln at 27th and Superior and 76th and Pacific in Omaha, NE. Boundless also announced the reopening of Scooter’s Coffeehouse in Legends Mall in Kansas City, MO, which includes its second franchise concept, Yoji Frozen Yogurt, which also officially opened June 23rd.
Scooter’s Coffeehouse is an Omaha-based specialty coffee franchise, founded in 1998, with nearly 90 locations in seven states.
