Always one for innovation, Bobby Handmaker, the owner of Cruisers Grill, introduces his latest creation, The B.O.M. The B.O.M., which stands for The Burger of the Month, will introduce a new burger for every month in 2011 starting in February.
The B.O.M. begins on Tuesday, February 1st with the Chili Cheeseburger. The Chili Cheeseburger features a juicy ½ lb. patty with jalapeno peppers and red onions, topped with a healthy portion of aged cheddar cheese and Cruisers Grill’s homemade chili.
The Chili Cheeseburger is only the beginning. Other Burgers of the Month include a Texas Patty Melt, The Onion Ring Burger, The Fried Mushroom Burger and many more. Each burger will debut on the first of the month at all 3 Cruisers Grill locations.
Cruisers Grill was founded in 1996. Bobby Handmaker, who purchased the concept in 2007, has opened two additional units, streamlined operations and has recently launched its franchise program.
