Unfortunately, closing signs are becoming increasingly familiar in today’s economy. Restaurants are shutting their doors because they’re unable to make ends meet.
Several more high-profile restaurants have closed in the Jacksonville area in the last two weeks alone, and whether people realize it, this has an impact restaurants on the entire community.
This isn’t a full list, but here are some of the more recognizable restaurants that have closed recently.
All the McAlister’s Delis in Jacksonville, The Brasserie at Jacksonville Beach, Zaitoon Mediterranean Grill on Atlantic Boulevard, Chizu’s Jacksonville Steakhouse in Jacksonville Beach, and Piccadilly Cafeteria in Regency Square.
