A Fruita restaurant recently featured on a nationally televised show is hoping its 15 minutes of fame last a little bit longer.
The staff at Sullivan’s Grill says business has improved since ‘Restaurant: Impossible’ helped spice things up. Camera crews spent two days in Fruita last October, the product of which aired Wednesday night.
After seeing the full episode, restaurant owner Ginny Sullivan says the producers got the story right for the most part. She says the transformation is remarkable from the menu to the restaurant itself and that her staff is buying into each and every change.
