Host Concepts Launches New Triviage Game

Host Concepts Launches New Triviage GameLantana, Florida  (RestaurantNews.com)  Host Concepts, a nationwide provider of front of house restaurant technology and services, announces the launch of their new Massive Multiplayer Trivia game.

Triviage can be played on any mobile device. Once registered, or linked to Facebook, the app creates a customized game based upon the player’s location. If someone is already playing within a 25 mile radius, it will add them to an existing game, allowing for a real-time triviage war. Each player has bombs that enables them to bomb others, forcing the opponent to loose points and forfeit the current question. In addition to bombs, as players rack up points for correct answers, their status changes as well, tracked on a nation-wide scale. They can go from being a “Commoner” to a “King”, with various other medieval-rankings in between.

“Triviage raises the bar both for both game sponsors and gamers,” said Todd Fuchs, Host Concepts president and Triviage developer. “Companies can have fun designing questions for brand recognition; and the players get to enjoy new and different status levels and rewards. Everybody wins.”

“Triviage was inspired to give waiting guests at restaurants something enjoyable to share with each other,” said Mr. Fuchs. The game is free for anyone that wants to play and intends to be a unique, social, location-based happening.  It’s designed for use in all demographics with advertising and marketing exposure worldwide.  The ‘beta’ tests unveiled thousands of players in a few short weeks.  “We were thrilled with the results and exposure in such a short time, said Joanne Blank, Host Concepts COO.  Ms. Blank revealed that, “Plans for in-app purchases are underway for the Triviage phenomena based on high levels of pre-release interest.”
