Many building blocks have been put in place since then. Using a careful, strategic philosophy, mixed with determination, personality and a strong work ethic, the divorced mother of four was able to take a leap of faith when she opened Lindey’s, which recently marked its 30th anniversary.

It’s a restaurant that has developed an international reputation and provided the launching pad for what would become Bravo Brio, a publicly owned chain of Italian restaurants with a national presence.
