This Thanksgiving, Bertrand at Mister A’s is offering a modern take on the traditional Thanksgiving feast to share with foodies, friends and family at San Diego’s most acclaimed restaurant. On Thursday, Nov. 24, diners can enjoy a delicious holiday celebration with a thoughtfully-crafted, three-course prix fixe menu created by Chef Stéphane Voitzwinkler.

To begin the meal, guests can choose from appetizer selections including Traditional Lobster Bisque; Oven Roasted Butternut Squash Soup, Hearts of Baby Romaine; House-Made Salmon Gravlax; Multicolored Young Beets Salad; and a Mister A’s favorite, Macaroni & Cheese with black truffles.

Main dishes include Oven Roasted Fresh “Diestel” Turkey with traditional sides; Pan Seared White Sea Bass Filet with vegetables provencal; Slow Roasted Brandt Farm Prime Rib; and 48-Hour Creekstone Braised Short Rib.

For a sweet finish to the feast, guests can select delicious desserts including Tahitian Vanilla Scented Crème Brûlée; Julian’s Apple Tarte Tatin; and Traditional Profiterole.

The three-course dinner menu is available from 12:30 to 9 p.m. for $59.50 per person on Thursday, Nov. 24.

A Thanksgiving Children’s Menu is also available for $25. The children’s menu includes Traditional Thanksgiving Turkey with gravy, mashed potatoes and green beans and a slice of Pumpkin Pie for dessert.
