Pacchioni’s and Perla’s Menus Crafted by Acclaimed Michelin-Starred Chef Mike Collantes

Central Florida’s hit new food truck, Pacchioni’s World Inspired Cheesesteaks, is thrilled to announce its partnership with popular Winter Park eatery, Perla’s Pizza, this month. For one day only, on National Cheesesteak Day, Tuesday, March 24, 2026, Pacchioni’s Food Truck will be parked outside of Perla’s Pizza from 5pm-9pm, and guests can enjoy a new menu mash-up item from each. Pacchioni’s will serve “The Perla’s Cheesesteak” – a combination of Ribeye and Perlas Sausage, Vodka Sauce, Provolone and Mozzarella with Italian seasoning held together by two toasted garlic butter hoagies (Pacchioni’s version of garlic bread). For those wanting to skip the bread, they’ll also have a loaded fries version of cheesesteak. Perla’s will serve a “Cheesesteak Pizza” made with peppers, onions and mushrooms topped with Pacchioni’s Ribeye and finished off with pecorino and garlic butter. The family-friendly event will also feature a live DJ, Ben Franklin impersonator and more surprises. Pacchioni’s and Perla’s menus are curated by acclaimed Michelin-Starred Chef Mike Collantes.
