Franchise momentum grows for Poké House as Brentwood and Davis locations join the poké franchise’s network; LA launch this summer marks a milestone for the brand.
Brentwood, CA (RestaurantNews.com) Poké House, the rapidly growing fast casual franchise known for its fresh, handcrafted Hawaiian poké bowls, is proud to announce two new franchise deals in California as it continues its nationwide expansion.
Franchise partners Anne Hizon, Lionel Ibarra, and John Cristi have signed on with a location in Brentwood, while Keren and Russel Vaj have officially signed to open a Poké House in Davis.
These new agreements bring the brand to 16 open locations, with a 17th in Alameda, California, coming soon to the franchise family. The East Coast is also celebrating, with Atlanta’s Poké House freshly opened as the brand’s first store in the region. With over 70 signed locations nationwide, Poké House remains on track to meet its goal of opening ten new stores in 2025.
As the brand continues to rack up milestones this year, one of its most anticipated launches on the horizon is Poké House’s first Los Angeles location, slated for launch late this summer. This debut marks a major move into one of the country’s most dynamic food markets. Currently two stores can be found in SoCal – one in Santa Barbara and the other in San Diego.
“Breaking into the Los Angeles market is a major step for us,” said James Deng, CEO of Poké House. “This launch is especially meaningful as it marks our first location in the city – we plan on opening several more in the near future.”
As the demand for healthy, high-quality fast casual options continues to grow, Poké House is meeting the moment with thoughtful expansion and a steadfast commitment to sustainability, quality, and community-driven franchising. The brand sources 100% sustainably farmed salmon and works with fair trade certified vendors, staying true to its mission from construction to consumption.
