Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery Stays True to Staff in Flood Aftermath

Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery Stays True to Staff in Flood AftermathRock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery, located at 1001 King of Prussia Plaza, is opening their doors after late summer flood damage required 31 days of closure. Employees, who have kept busy with reconstruction work, will once again serve food while also collecting canned food for friends and neighbors who haven’t been as fortunate.

“It’s never a good time to close the doors, but keeping our employees happy is our first priority,” says Bobby Casale, Managing Partner. “We knew we had to avoid job losses in this economy and have been fortunate enough to keep all our staff.”

In an effort to pay it forward, employees will be collecting canned food items to be donated to a local food bank. Guests who bring a food donation to the restaurant prior to Nov. 24th will receive $5.00 off their first food or beverage purchase.

Torrential downpours in late September caused the swelling of nearby Abrams Run stream and the flooding of multiple King of Prussia Mall businesses.
