Third Utah restaurant continues the brand’s growth, opening in 2027
Sandy, UT (RestaurantNews.com) Rodizio Grill, America’s First Brazilian Steakhouse, today announced plans to open its third Utah restaurant in Ogden at 2309 Washington Blvd. in 2027. The new location will bring Rodizio Grill’s signature churrasco experience to Northern Utah – rotisserie-grilled meats carved tableside by Rodizio Gauchos, a fresh gourmet salad bar, a Brazilian hot side bar and the warm, welcoming hospitality for which Rodizio is known.
“In 1996, we opened the first Brazilian steakhouse in the United States. When we came to Utah three years later, we were introducing many guests to Brazilian churrasco for the very first time,” said Ivan Utrera, founder of Rodizio Grill. “Utah welcomed us like family, and we have never taken that for granted. Ogden gives us the chance to share our heritage with a new community – the food, the music and the alegria of a Brazilian experience. I couldn’t be prouder to see this next chapter begin.”
