Located in one of Kansas City’s most iconic districts, Vertice represents a bold new chapter for the locally owned restaurant group as it expands its culinary reach with a modern Italian dining experience.
At Vertice, guests will find a refined yet approachable menu of handmade pastas and wood-fired pizzas, artfully crafted by the group’s celebrated culinary team. The restaurant will also feature a vibrant cocktail lounge and a thoughtfully curated wine list, with selections from both classic Italian regions and modern producers around the globe.
