Lubbock, TX  (RestaurantNews.com)  This holiday season, Abuelo’s Mexican restaurants are giving its guests a very special holiday treat with the introduction of its signature Capirotada dessert, available for a limited time only.

Now through December 31, all Abuelo’s restaurants will be offering Capirotada, a delicious Mexican bread pudding served warm with a traditional cream sauce and vanilla ice cream, for a special price of only $1.99.

“Abuelo’s is the only place you can enjoy authentic Capirotada. This limited time dessert, created by our Executive Chef Luis Sanchez, is sure to bring the holiday spirit to all of our guests and their families,” said Robert Lin, president of Food Concepts International, Abuelo’s parent company. “It’s a once-a-year special treat available only during the holiday season and we are excited to offer it for our guests at such a great value.”
