Although Veterans Day was officially recognized on Sunday, November 11th, many national restaurant chains are offering free meals and discounts on Monday, November 12th to honor veterans and active military and thank them for their service to our country.
Among those offering free meals and discounts for veterans today:
Friendly’s is serving up a special breakfast for active members of the military and veterans until 11 am. They can receive a complimentary Big-Two-Do Breakfast which includes two farm fresh eggs made to order, two strips of crispy bacon or two sausage links – plus a choice of two slices of toast, two buttermilk pancakes or two slices of French toast – all served with free coffee.
Arby’s is offering a Free Roast Beef Classic Sandwich. This offer is valid only at participating Arby’s locations in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Illinois and Colorado (Colorado Springs and Pueblo).
Bar Louie is hosting an offer for their 5th year. This year, they offer veterans and military personnel one free meal up to an $11 value. Bar Louie features small plates, salads, sandwiches, burgers and large plates.
BJ’s Restaurants are offering a free lunch entree or Free Mini or Individual One Topping Pizza for dinner. BJ’s Restaurants operate 128 casual dining restaurants under the BJ’s Restaurant & Brewery, BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse, BJ’s Pizza & Grill and BJ’s Grill brand names.
At Cheeseburger in Paradise, veterans and active military are eligible to receive on free meal of their choice. Cheeseburger in Paradise has something for everyone, including traditional American favorites complete with signature burgers and sandwiches, crowd-pleasing appetizers, garden-fresh salads.
T.G.I. Friday’s is offering military personnel and veterans a free lunch today from 11 am to 2 pm. Those being honored can choose from Jack Daniel’s Burger, New York Cheddar & Bacon Burger, or a Spicy Craft Beer-Cheese Burger.
