Sein Win is the patriarch of Lime House and the brain behind the restaurant. As a seasoned sushi chef with over 50 years of experience, Sein shares his culinary expertise through carefully crafted sushi dishes. Thanda, the current CEO of Lime House, has over two decades of experience in the food industry and is herself a food lover. Ronald is the newest member of the Lime House team, having recently graduated from high school and bringing fresh, modern ideas to the ancient tradition of sushi-making.
Together, Sein, Thanda, and Ronald will be celebrating International Sushi Day with the traditional recipes perfected and passed down by grandpa Sein, the modern twists from global sushi trends brought by grandson Ronald, and the welcoming atmosphere that fosters a sense of community and hospitality led by daughter Thanda.
